Dovlin is a Daimon Heart Snatcher who was created from water in a swimming pool by Kaorinite to extract Pure Hearts. She has the appearance of a diver. She can shoot water at her enemies, manipulate the water to trap people, or else trap them with a life preserver. She appeared to be the more violent of the Daimons, violently pulling Amy underwater and slamming her into a window before proceeding to steal her heart. She appeared in Sailor Moon S Episode 8, Damp Spirits.
Dovlin was sent by Kaorinite to extract Amy's Pure Heart. After she extracted the Pure Heart, she lost it to Tuxedo Mask, and was knocked into the water. Luna and Artemis destroyed her life raft around her, and Sailor Moon destroyed her with Moon Spiral Heart Attack.Despite Wikipedia saying she could not swim this episode shows that it was possible for her to do so.Her name may also be a pun on the animal, dolphin.
