Rainbow Moon Heart Ache (also known as Rainbow Moon Heart Ache Reform^[4]) is a powered up version of Sailor Moon's offensive Moon Spiral Heart Attack. This attack can only be used when Sailor Moon uses the Purity Chalice to transform into Super Sailor Moon and requires the Spiral Heart Moon Scepter.

It was this attack she used to destroy Telulu's plants, and also damage Byruit's nanocuff, causing it to backfire on her and destroy her.
