Moon Spiral Heart Attack is the finishing move used by Sailor Moon in Sailor Moon S. She began using this technique when her Moon Scepter Elimination became ineffective against the Daimon Heart Snatchers.
She uses the Spiral Heart Moon Scepter to attack the Daimon, and the climax of the attack is a giant heart-shaped crystal that smashes into monster, turning them back into their original pod form, which then cracks open and releases residue of the evil spirit.
When Sailor Moon uses the Purity Chalice to become Super Sailor Moon, this attack is powered up to Rainbow Moon Heart Ache.
