Fiore is the secondary antagonist in the Sailor Moon R movie, The Promise of the Rose. He was one of Darien's friends after Darien's parents died in a car crash. After Darien had given him a rose as a goodbye present, which was how it turned out because Fiore's kind cannot breathe Earth's atmosphere much longer, Fiore searched the universe for a flower to give to him in return, which was the Kisenian Blossom. The Kisenian Blossom had tricked Fiore to believing that since Serena was his girlfriend, he couldn't be friends with Darien and take him over.
At the end of the movie, he gives the nectar from the Kisenian Blossom to save Sailor Moon's life. Then he drifts away in a bubble circling the Earth, and has remained there ever since.
