Jordan Winston is a baby who appeared in Sailor Moon R Episode 7, Much Ado About Babysitting.
When Alan and Ann sent Cardian Skulker to drain energy from babies, Jordan escaped the energy drain, but his mother did not, and was put in the hospital. Darien offered to take care of him until she got her energy back, and Serena offered to help him. Jordan's thoughts were portrayed by a much deeper, adult voice. At one point, Ann came to look after Jordan, but left when Jordan threw up on her. Eventually, Mrs. Winston got her energy back after Sailor Moon destroyed Skulker. Jordan's first word was Darien's name, and he called Serena "Meatballhead".
