Ikuko Tsukino is Serena's mother. Her first appearance was in Sailor Moon Episode 1, A Moon Star is Born.
In Sailor Moon Super S, she was targeted by Hawk's Eye, who tried to kill her after looking into her dream mirror and not finding Pegasus there, but his plan was foiled, and his Remless, Cannonball, destroyed.
